Details for Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor
Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor Candidates should have at least 2+ years advanced residential/apartment maintenance as well as general construction experience and must reside in Junction City. Individuals must have a detailed working knowledge of all residential mechanical systems plus 2-5 years' experience or training in building construction or maintenance and in the repair or maintenance of mechanical equipment. Preferably licensed in one or more of the trades. Current General Contractor's license/certification through the City of Junction City is required along with the ability to keep/maintain General Contractor's license/certification through the City of Junction City. Individual candidates must have the ability to lift heavy objects and be available for after-hours on-calls alternating weeks/weekends and holidays. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to operate independently are a must. References required. The position offers PTO, health/dental insurance as well as other benefits. This position is a KPERS eligible position. Extensive criminal background checks and drug screenings are required. Individual must possess a valid Kansas driver's license and be insurable. The position is open immediately with a pay range of $16.00-$25.00/hour (compensation commensurate with experience).
