Summer lunches are here

Unified School District 475's summer lunch program began Monday. The program assists children who are in need of healthy meals during the summer months. Volunteer Phyllis Sanders is shown serving lunch at Junction City's Dorothy Bramlage Public Library. Lunches will be served at Franklin, Ware and Washington elementary schools June 3-28, Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. They will  be served at Dorothy Bramlage Public Library June 3-Aug. 2, Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Breakfast will be served from 7:45–8:45 a.m. at Shenk Gym at Junction City High School.
