Junction City has three athletes who were named to the 2018 Centennial League teams, which were announced Thursday.

Juniors Laura Campbell and Katelyn Craft, as well as freshman Mindy Lechuga, were all named to the Honorable Mention team. No Blue Jay athletes were named to the first or second teams.

Washburn Rural led the way with nine players named to various teams. Manhattan had eight players on the teams, and Shawnee Heights and Topeka High each had six.

Washburn's Taylor Brunton was named the Newcomer of the Year. Washburn Rural senior Macy Decker was named Player of the Year. Hayden's Klaus Kreutzer was named Coach of the Year.
